We are thrilled to discover that some of our guests have taken the time to share
their experiences on Trip Advisor. Here is what some of them have said:-
“Love, love, love the place and the people”
My family had such a WONDERFUL time staying at Chez Teresa! Teresa and Tony were
so friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect for some French country
experiences.

“Friendly B & B in an excellent location”
Teresa and Tony were very nice and helpful. The B&B is located about 20m away
from the entrance of the Abbaye Royale, close to all amenities (bakery,
restaurants, post office, ATM machine...). Breakfast was absolutely wonderful
with fresh fruit juices, croissants, bread, home-made biscuits.... The rooms are
nicely decorated (Teresa calls it "shabby chic"), Spacious rooms and a great
ambience made for a really enjoyable stay.

“Chez Teresa is such a charming place!”
Cosy atmosphere of the place and charming owners made our stay in France really
wonderful. Delicious food; home-made scones and British bread as well as Indian
soup served by Tony will be kept in our memory for a long time. I exchanged
bread recipes with Teresa as we had brought our own Polish style bread with us
as we like it so much, but in fact we really enjoyed Teresa’s home baked breads
. Fontevraud with the abbey is the perfect place to feel history and also to
visit beautiful castles along the Loire.

“A British oasis in historic Fontevraud. A taste of Britain in France with a
French flavour”
The welcome at this British run B&B sets the tone for a very relaxing and well
catered stay in this historic French town. Teresa and Tony offer very
comfortable en-suite accommodation with excellent cuisine and hospitality. The
quaint tea shop, curiosities and objects d'art add a flavour of Britain to a
very historic and typical French town. We visit several times a year!
